INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC /  MILLWRIGHT

Horseshoe Bay

  • As an energetic professional Industrial Mechanic, you interpret drawings; perform installation, service and repair work of hydraulic equipment, vehicle ramp systems, passenger walkway system, lubricating systems and maintenance of marine structures.
  • You perform work to Company standards, utilizing effective troubleshooting and time management techniques.
  • You have excellent communication skills and an ability to safely meet the physical demands of the job.
  • You possess a BC or Inter-Provincial Red Seal Endorsement Millwright Certification.
  • You have 3-5 years of industrial experience with installations, repairs, maintenance, as well as, shop experience on hydraulics, lubrication and assembly.
  • Please note that a Class 3 driver’s license and/or A level Certification from the BC Association for Crane Safety would be considered an asset.
  • This position will not require shift work, the schedule is Monday to Thursday.
