Entry Level Position

Entry Level employees start in the labour pool and train in the line of progression in various areas of our mill, such as the Chip Yard, Machine Room, Fibreline, and Power & Recovery. This position involves shift work and manual labour.

Our starting wage for the Entry Level position is over $30/hr.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Grade 12 diploma or GED
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Desire to learn, grow and succeed
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and a positive attitude

The following will be considered assets:

Third or Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate
Level 3 First Aid Ticket
