Energy Team Leader

The Energy Team Leader (3rd Class Power Engineer) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a wood fired furnace, thermal oil heating system, steam generation system, Electrified Filter Bed (EFB) pollution control system as well as mill fire protection and water treatment plant to ensure established production levels are achieved within safety, budget, and quality goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous supervisory experience coupled with demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
  • Experience operating automated or computerized control systems
  • Experience operating a thermal oil system
  • 3rd Class Power Engineering Certification
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience with JDE or an alternative CMMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
