Job Description

The Electrical Team Leader is responsible for the execution of maintenance work through scheduling, coordinating, and directing of maintenance orders.  The Electrical Team Leader will coordinate the availability of facilities and equipment to be worked on, ensuring parts, materials, special tools, equipment, and personnel for orderly work execution are available ensuring proper documentation of work performed is provided in accordance with standard practices used.


  • Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician
  • Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing operation, preferably in the panel board / OSB industry.
  • Excellent knowledge pertaining to industry related safety programs.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Supervisory experience in an Industrial Production Environment
  • Communication and motivational skills are essential.
