Job Description
We are seeking Crane Operators with experience on industrial piping projects. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on an oilfield tailings and pipeline project. You have previous experience operating within a crowded, fast-paced industrial construction environment. For you, safety and quality are a priority and you are proud of your work at the end of each day.

- Must be able to operate 100T Rough Terrain Tadano and / or 250T Crawler Crane
- Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections, completes Hazard Assessments, and logs and reports any maintenance concerns with equipment
- Must have the ability to communicate well and work as part of a team
- Fill out and understand an equipment logbook
- Ensures the safety of the crew, equipment, and environment
- Ensures that work is completed during regular hours
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable
Requirements
- Preferred 5 years+ experience running a crane
- Experience with working on a construction project in an industrial setting
- Must possess a Red Seal certification with a recognized provincial training authority
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Ledcor requires possession of OSSA Regional with CSTS/BSO or CSO, Fall Protection
- Confined Space is an asset
Work Conditions
- Shift based position working 14 days on /7 days off rotation
- Working 10-12 hours per day
- Site based camp provided
- Travel allowance provided for those that qualify
- Flights are not provided; would suit locals or candidates residing in western Canada
- Work is expected to run until October 2023, position with long term potential
